GREETINGS!
I am a creative ministry leader with 17+ years of experience in worship leading, team culture development, multisite strategies, creative project oversight, and artist development.
For the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in a life-giving, multisite church in the great state of Wisconsin. My time at Life Church has been wonderful, and I will cherish the relationships forever. But my family and I feel a clear calling toward a new chapter in ministry. We’re excited for this next season as we continue to serve the local church with passion and purpose.
Below, you’ll find my full bio along with highlights from my previous season in ministry. I’d love to connect soon!

VALUES
While I am a creative, my approach is rooted more in strategy than pure artistry. Nothing energizes me more than designing systems and processes that empower an organization and the next generation of leaders to step in and thrive.
Over the past 12 years in a multi-site church, I’ve had the opportunity to lead in several roles and build multiple, diverse worship brands—an experience that has sharpened my skills and solidified my core values. These values have become my greatest strengths, guiding the way I lead and the impact I strive to make.
-
According to Gallup’s StrengthsFinder, I am a Pioneer—I dream big and thrive on bringing others along for the journey. But one of my other top strengths is Relator, which means I naturally connect with people, regardless of their skill level or background. This allows me to bring people together for a common cause. And over the years, I’ve honed the ability to draw out the best in others, helping them contribute meaningfully toward that cause.
-
Candor is one of my defining traits, and I strive to create environments where open, honest communication is not just welcomed but encouraged. But candor isn’t about being harsh or domineering—it’s about speaking with both grace and truth, the way Jesus modeled. It’s a tool for growth, clarity, and accountability. This approach shapes how I lead myself, those closest to me, and the teams I invest in, with the expectation that they, in turn, lead others the same way. Everyone gets better.
-
Perfection is unattainable, but excellence is not—and it’s a value I hold closely. Over the years, I’ve come to define excellence as doing the right things the right way with the resources you have. In a culture of candor, excellence becomes measurable, tangible, and achievable. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being intentional and continually growing. This mindset shapes how I lead and what I expect in every area I oversee.

My approach to creativity is more like that of a music producer than a music artist. While I appreciate the emotions and artistry behind the work, I never lose sight of the end goal—getting the job done, and doing it well. I believe in momentum over perfection; the first draft has to exist before there can be a second, and eventually, a final. I like to create quickly, knowing there will be room for refinement. Sometimes the first draft is a product ready to have holes poked in. But sometimes this is a great way to discover something new altogether.
